A review via the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Purchaser Security examined eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five in the UAE and three from Turkey. It found that all 8 samples ended up viewed as "defective". Five of the products sampled contained fats in addition to cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in merchandise labelled "chocolate"
